These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Melons, including the Melons Chrome Extension and the Melons Mobile Application (collectively, the “App”), owned and operated by The Peace Effect LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing or using Melons on any platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Melons Is

Melons is a local-first productivity tool that allows users to capture, annotate, and organize screenshots, images, and visual references directly on their device.

Melons:

• Runs primarily on-device
• Does not require an account
• Does not upload user content to company servers by default
• Is not a cloud storage service

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Melons for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App
• Use Melons for illegal or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass security or platform safeguards
