• Terry Cloud (Admin Storage & Compliance Tools)

By using any Terry product, you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Organization Information

We may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Organization name, size, and role
• Authentication credentials
• Communications during onboarding, demos, or support

1.2 DSP Documentation Flow (Terry Mobile + Chrome Extension)

Terry supports documentation through a two-step, user-controlled workflow:

1. Terry Mobile App

   DSPs may choose to create draft notes using the Terry Mobile app. Notes are generated intentionally by the DSP and reviewed by the user before use.

2. EHR Entry via Chrome Extension

   When entering documentation into their organization’s EHR, DSPs may use the Terry Chrome Extension to paste, clean, or structure text inside existing EHR text fields.
